Fawn Creek Apartments are nice, well-maintained apartments, most with patios, decks, or yards. During occupancy only approved applicants can reside at the apartment. All applicants must have acceptable credit and sufficient income, or a co-signer with acceptable credit or income, in order to rent an apartment.
Garbage and recycling are paid at all locations (some locations have other utilities paid as well - please check specific locations). Fawn Creek Apartment occupancy requires, for the benefit of everyone, that all tenants properly dispose of recycling and garbage, and do their part to keep the grounds clean. You can get the initial application papers from this website. There is a $20 application fee for each tenant, and each co-signer, to cover the credit check fees and partially cover administrative costs.
After you have the initial application paperwork filled out it can be emailed to FawnCreekApts@sbcglobal.net or dropped off at our Fawn Creek Apartments office located at 1540 G Street, Suite A in Arcata in person or in door drop slot. Applications may also be submitted in person to the Law Offices of W.G. Watson Jr. located at 715 I Street, Eureka Monday - Thursday from 8:30 - 12:00 or 1:00 - 5:00 and Friday from 8:30 to 12:00.
All applicants for Fawn Creek properties need to have acceptable credit and sufficient income for rental or applicants need a co-signer with acceptable credit and sufficient income for rental. When you are applying to rent an apartment with a roomate, it is easiest if all applications and initial paperwork for all proposed roommates are turned in for processing at the same time. Please write on the application the location for which you are applying for at this time.
If you apply with roommates, once all applications and initial paperwork are received for each prospective tenant (no person can live at a Fawn Creek apartment without being listed as a tenant, and all occupant forms necessary are completed), it usually takes a minimum of a couple of business days for credit checks, and references to be checked. We do realize that there are special circumstances; if you are a student in town with your parents (or a professional relocating from out of town in the area for a short period of time to find housing), we make every effort to do the approval immediately and timely, once we have all the paperwork, when the parents or the professional is in town to secure housing. When you are going to be in town to secure nice housing, please e-mail us in advance of when you are going to be here, so we can arrange to get the initial paperwork and set up an appointment for you to see the property.
After being notified that you have been approved for an apartment, all the paperwork must be completed within two business days. Fawn Creek Apartments cannot hold apartments longer than 48 hours (excluding weekends) after you have been notified of approval.
Fawn Creek Apartments occupancy requires you to be respectful of neighbors, which means that you are considerate of your neighbor's right to enjoy their apartment, study, and relax, without excessive noise or parties, neither of which are allowed. In addition, be advised that porches, patios, and deck areas are for appropriate outside furniture, and not for placing trash, recycling, unwanted furniture, or other items. It is necessary that the premises, including interiors of apartments, be reasonably maintained; all garbage be appropriately placed in garbage containers; and all recycling be placed in the recycling containers, so that everybody can enjoy their apartments and all the common areas.
