If this is a non-emergency urgent request for maintenance (for example a water leak, water heater not working, heater not working), immediately call Fawn Creek Apartments after hours emergency line at 707-633-8473 in addition to submitting this request. For urgent maintenance a maintenance person will respond as soon as possible and enter the unit as necessary.

For all other maintenance requests submitted after noon on Thursday, management will respond the following week. If you have not heard from management after submitting a non-urgent maintenance request within 2 business days after submission, please resubmit your request and call Fawn Creek Apartments at 707-630-5243.
